Cancel Featured Sitter subscription

To manage your Featured Sitter membership and cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Sittercity account on desktop or mobile web and go to Account Settings.
2. Under the Membership section towards the bottom of the page, choose Manage subscription.
3. On the next page, select Downgrade to basic.
4. Finally, confirm your downgrade.
