If your photo is not uploading, it could be because it is too small or too large. Please check the size of your photo—photos smaller than 50 KB and larger than 1 MB will likely not upload. We recommend resizing your photo and trying your upload again.
Successfully uploaded your photo but not seeing it on your account? All photos go through a review process before appearing live on the site. Photos are typically reviewed within 1 business day, and your photo should display soon!
