Does the Bright Horizons corporate benefit include cost coverage or reimbursement?

The Sittercity / Bright Horizons corporate benefit allows for free Premium access to our platform. It does not offer any type of reimbursement or cost coverage for services.

Once you have hired a caregiver from the site, you become the caregiver's employer and are responsible for paying them. All monetary transactions occur off the site. It is up to you and your sitter to agree upon the rate of pay, the form of payment, payment schedule, and taxes.

Questions around what the benefit does or doesn't entail, or additional questions around childcare benefits through your employer should be directed to your company's benefits administrator.
